NAP is very excited to announce plans for the 2025 Conference in Chicago, IL. Conference will be held on June 13th and 14th, 2025 at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile. Registration is now open - Early Bird Registration ends May 9, 2025! We have secured a discounted room rate of $229/night for a King or two bed Queen room available from June 11 – 14. The room rate is also available for 3 nights before 6/11 and 3 nights after 6/14, based upon hotel availability. Reservations made through NAP’s room block will also have the hotel facility fee ($23/night) waived. To secure the discounted room rate, reservations must be made by Thursday, May 22, 2025. A link will be provided for the discounted rate upon completion of registration.
Chicago is a city that is easily navigated with public transportation, so there are many options available to get to the hotel from the airport. You can find additional information on the best airports and public transportation options here.

REFUND POLICY: If for some reason you are unable to attend conference after registering, please send written documentation as soon as possible. Online registrations will be promptly refunded through paypal. There will be a 3% fee for cancellations made on or before the early registration deadline. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 5/31/25.
