2026 NAP Conference

NAP is very excited to announce plans for the 2026 Conference in Baltimore, MD. Conference will be held on June 12th and 13th, 2026 at The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court.  Registration is now open - Early Bird Registration ends May 1, 2026! We have secured a discounted room rate of $199/night for a King or two bed Queen room, available from June 10th to the 13th. The room rate is also available for 3 nights before June 10th and 3 nights after June 13th, based upon hotel availability.  Reservations made through NAP's room block will also have the hotel facility fee ($25/day) waived. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in guest rooms booked through NAP's room block. To secure the discounted room rate, reservations need to be made by Saturday, May 9th, 2026.   

The Inner Harbor area of Baltimore, where conference is located, is close to many shops, restaurants, and family friendly activities including the Baltimore Aquarium and Camden Yards, the home of the Baltimore Orioles. Guiness Open Gate Brewery is also a short distance from inner harbor by car and features exclusive Guiness products brewed in Maryland.

If flying into BWI, Maryland transit offers a few travel options between BWI to the Inner Harbor area that can be viewed here. Day parking is available at the adjacent Harbor Court Garage at the rate of $15 for self- parking/$35 for valet. Overnight parking at the same garage is available at the rate of $28 for self-parking/$43 for valet.

**Please note that NAP is a professional organization and wishes to ensure that conference is an enjoyable experience for all who attend. NAP expects that attendees will display professional behavior throughout the duration of the conference including, but not limited to: appropriate attire, refraining from unprofessional speech (language that is biased, inflammatory, or including excessive profanity), and showing respect to all other attendees and speakers. Attendees are expected to be present and engaged throughout all presentations to show respect and courtesy to our speakers. NAP reserves the right to remove attendees from conference who do not uphold the aforementioned expectations. Attendees who are removed due to unprofessional behavior will NOT receive a refund and NAP membership may be suspended or revoked in accordance with NAP bylaws. These expectations are in addition to any and all policies of The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court.**

REFUND POLICY: If for some reason you are unable to attend conference after registering, please send written documentation as soon as possible. Online registrations will be promptly refunded through PayPal. There will be a 3% fee for cancellations made on or before the early registration deadline. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 5/31/26.
