NAP is an established non-profit organization. Sponsorships and Donations are tax deductible. Electronic receipts are emailed immediately after an online payment is submitted through our secure PayPal link. Alternate means of donation can be discussed on an individual basis. Sponsorship

A recent 2025 survey of Psychometrists found that the majority of US based psychometrists:

• 51% of respondents hold a Bachelor's degree and 47% hold a Master's degree 
• Average hourly rates for US based psychometrist showed a modest increase from $25.67 in 2020 to $30.90 in 2025, but this increase of approximately 19% has not kept pace with the 21-25% increase in the overall cost of living. 
• In 2017, 62.5% of Psychometrists receive partial to full reimbursement for conference attendance. In 2025, only 39.4% of respondents endorsed receiving partial or full reimbursement as an employment benefit. 
• Only a third of respondents identified having access to funds for continuing education    

Paying for NAP membership and/or conference attendance are excellent ways to support the professional development of an employee.  A one-year professional membership is $50. Conference registration prices vary by membership level and date of registration.  We encourage employers to reimburse their employees directly for registration, travel, and/or hotel accommodations to show support of their efforts for personal and professional growth.
